CALLING ALL HARRY POTTER FANS

Grayshott Books is gearing up for the Harry Potter event of the year, when the seventh, and last, book in the popular series about the young wizard is released at 12.01 on Saturday 21 July 2007.

Julie Stevens, of Grayshott Books (Tel: 01428 604798) said “This summer is an exciting time for all Harry Potter fans, young and old, as the last book in the series is published as well as the release of the fifth film.” To celebrate the event, Grayshott Books is opening at midnight allowing customers to purchase the book as soon as it is released.

Grayshott Books has also been working with Movies in Grayshott, a not-for-profit organisation running monthly film shows at Grayshott Village Hall. On Friday 20th July Movies in Grayshott will be showing the first Harry Potter movie, “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone”, just hours before the last book in the series goes on sale. Fancy dress is being encouraged and prizes will be awarded for the best-dressed wizard and witch. Refreshments and a licenced bar are available during the interval and after the show until just before midnight.

Many customers have already taken advantage of the pre-ordering service offered by Grayshott Books and will be rewarded with a £5.00 Book Voucher. Movies in Grayshott is also offering a discount of £1.00 on each ticket (up to 4 per order), if customers have also pre-ordered the book.
